I agree with your 80/20 approach to WFH vs. Back to the Office. Even after the Pandemic ends, I think it would be an excellent concept for individuals who seek flexibility in their work life.

Overall, I thought your story was well-written - no grammatical mistakes, accurate headline, engaging topic, and great flow. My one suggestion would be to describe the tiers. I live in the U.S., so I am unfamiliar with Britain's Tier restrictions. It would be nice to know what they are without Googling. Just a thought.
