I couldn't agree more. Our acknowledgment and subsequent encouragement could drive someone to attain a high level of success. An excellent example of this was Jeff Bezos and his wife. After multiple VC firms turned him down, his wife was the one who encouraged him to continue selling books online. Her encouragement and help in their company led to the earliest form of Amazon, which began in their garage. Without MacKenzie Scott's support and encouragement, Amazon would have never been possible.
